Full-time. Salary based on experience. POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our current litigation cases include divorce, criminal defense, breach of warranty, and consumer protection.

DUTIES

Manage cases.

Attend hearings all over Central Ohio.

Draft motions and pleadings.

Email and phone communication to clients and opposing or local counsel.

Report status of cases to clients.

Handle settlement negotiations.

Record time daily. 1,200 hour annual billing requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed to practice law in Ohio for at least 5 years, in good standing, with a good disciplinary history.

Knowledge of tax, criminal procedure, family law, or estate planning.

Strong organizational time and deadline management skills along with the ability to work confidently, efficiently, and independently under pressure and tight deadlines while being detail-oriented and having the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Solid interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
