POSITION DESCRIPTION

Full-time. You can work between 9 and 5 at either Grove City, Pickerington, or London, Ohio. Want to be part of a growing practice where you can make a difference? DUTIES

Draft and file motions and pleadings.

Email and phone communication to clients and opposing or local counsel.

Report status of cases to clients.

Manage trademark portfolios.

Enter billable paralegal time.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Paralegal certificate would be a plus.

Knowledge of criminal procedure, family law, or estate planning is preferred.

Attention to detail.

Strong organizational time and deadline management skills along with the ability to work confidently, efficiently, and independently under pressure and tight deadlines while being detail-oriented and having the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Solid interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Notary or ability to become one.
