About Us
Progress Grove City is a community-first, big-tent group of neighbors who believe local democracy works best when people know each other, show up, and tell the truth. We focus on building real relationships—creating space for conversation, civic learning, mutual support, and creative expression—because sustainable change starts with trust and community. From public forums, town halls, and issue education to organizing, storytelling, and rapid response when local values are tested, we work to make Grove City more transparent, inclusive, and accountable. Our work is grounded in six core values: Truth, Inclusivity, Equality, Collaboration, Transparency, and Accountability. We don’t claim to be the only way to engage, or the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay—there are many paths to civic involvement. This is simply ours: welcoming, honest, sometimes a little rough around the edges, and always rooted in the belief that regular people, working together, can shape the future of their city.
