Restaurant Host/Hostess

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a smile and guide them to their tables.
- Help balance server workloads by managing table assignments and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, providing helpful information about the club and any upcoming events.
- Keep track of guest information, special requests, and reservations in an organized system.
- Stay up-to-date on club events, promotions, and activities so you can share recommendations with guests.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Assist guests as needed, solving problems and making sure everyone has a great experience.
- Keep the host station organized and ready for each shift.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Proficient in professional phone etiquette.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience as a host or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
