This role is your front-row seat to the restaurant world, helping guests feel comfortable, managing seating, and keeping everything running smoothly. It’s a great way to gain experience, meet new people, and even earn tips on carry-out orders.
 
Location: Cimi's Bistro at Pinnacle Golf Club (Grove City, OH)
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time or Full-Time
Salary: $12 per hour

Tee it up on Tuesdays! Employees receive golf privileges each week. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome guests with a smile and guide them to their tables.
  • Help balance server workloads by managing table assignments and seating arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, providing helpful information about the club and any upcoming events.
  • Keep track of guest information, special requests, and reservations in an organized system.
  • Stay up-to-date on club events, promotions, and activities so you can share recommendations with guests.
  • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
  • Assist guests as needed, solving problems and making sure everyone has a great experience.
  • Keep the host station organized and ready for each shift.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Proficient in professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience as a host or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
