Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via calls, emails, in-person meetings, and social platforms
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand business owners’ needs and recommend tailored employee benefits solutions
- Present, negotiate, and close customized insurance strategies that align with client goals
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and consistently meet or exceed production targets
- Provide education and ongoing support to clients on their benefit programs
- Partner with internal teams and carriers to deliver comprehensive service and solutions
- Engage in continuous professional development and leadership training
Qualifications
· Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in outbound, prospecting-based sales, preferably in B2B or consultative selling
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and driven to win
- Previous experience in insurance, employee benefits, or HR consulting is a plus
- Ability to obtain insurance license (licensing support is available)
