We are seeking efficient, detail-oriented, and team-focused individuals to join our restaurant team as Bussers and Food Runners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, organized, and smoothly running dining environment while assisting both the kitchen and serving staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables promptly, removing dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Retrieve and deliver food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy, proper timing, and presentation.
  • Replenish table supplies, including napkins, condiments, and utensils.
  • Assist servers with water refills, bread service, and other table-side support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Empty and maintain trash receptacles and bus stations.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and relay feedback to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures; prior experience as a busser, food runner, or similar role is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, professional, and hygienic work environment.
