Restaurant Bartender
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled individuals to join our team as Restaurant Bartenders at Cimi's Bistro. As a Restaurant Bartender, you will have the opportunity to curate drinks for both our dining guests and members, while also acting as servers to Members on our Membership Patio. This position requires a deep understanding of our drink menus as well as our food menus, including brunch, lunch, dinner, and weekly Bistro Special menus. Bartending at Cimi's Bistro is a high-paced job that requires exceptional multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, with precision and creativity.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our drink menus, including signature cocktails, wine selections, and beer offerings.
- Familiarize yourself with our food menus to provide accurate recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Engage with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Prepare garnishments, mix ingredients, and utilize proper techniques to ensure the quality and consistency of beverages.
- Handle cash, credit card, and Member account charges accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends, including new cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, practicing responsible alcohol service and monitoring guest consumption.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency in a high-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 21+ to apply.
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink pairing principles.
- Familiarity with our food menus, including brunch, lunch, dinner, and Bistro Special menus.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per restaurant schedules.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure the quality and presentation of beverages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- TIPS or other responsible alcohol service certification is preferred.
