We are currently seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers at Cimi's Bistro. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and members in a fine dining setting. Your responsibilities will include having in-depth knowledge of all menus, staying updated on menu changes, presenting new dishes to customers, and offering wine or drink pairings with food dishes.
 
Location: Cimi's Bistro at Pinnacle Golf Club (Grove City, OH)
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
*** Servers and Bartenders make approximately $25-$30 per hour

Tee it up on Tuesdays! Employees receive golf privileges each week.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members in a fine dining restaurant setting.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of all menus, including brunch, lunch, dinner, and special menus.
  • Stay updated on any menu changes and communicate them to customers effectively.
  • Present new dishes on the menu to customers, highlighting their features and ingredients.
  • Memorize wine and drink pairings with food dishes to offer recommendations to guests.
  • Understand and stay updated on the weekly Bistro Special menus and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar teams, to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, dining areas, and service areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and exceptional service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of menus, food ingredients, and wine or drink pairings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-end dining environment.
  • Excellent memorization skills to remember menu details and customer preferences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per restaurant schedules.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Understanding and commitment to maintaining a professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
